ANNIVERSARY PUNCH

Ingredients (Serves 34 - 38)
1 litre whiskey
1 pint orange juice
8 oz pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
4 oz lemon juice
1 quart pineapple sherbet
1 litre club soda
2 liters ginger ale
2 sliced orange & 2 sliced pineapples
1 jar cherries

Directions:

Add everything except the club soda, ginger ale, pineapple sherbet, cherries, oranges, and pineapple into a huge punch bow!, stir well, add the ginger ale and club soda, add scopes of the sherbet, then add the oranges and pineapple, and cherries, serve. 


ARTILLARY

Ingredients (Serves 50-56)
(Juicer required)

2 bottles champagne
1 gallon hard cider
1 litre bourbon
1 litre dark rum
1 quart orange juice
4 cups strawberries
6 sliced pineapples


Directions

Add the strawberries and pineapple into the juicer, Combine the juice with the bourbon, rum, and cider into a very large punch bowl. Stir well and allow to stand for 8-10 hours. Add the champagne, pour in the ice until the bowl is filled with ice, serve. 
BIMBO

Ingredients (Serves 10-12)
1 quart brandy
6 sliced lemon
2 cups of sugar
4 oz. water

Directions


Soak the lemon in the brandy and allow to stand 8-10 hours. Boil the water, combine the water with the 2 cups of sugar, allow the sugar to dissolve and create a syrup mix, strain the brandy from the lemons and combine it with the syrup mix and refrigerate for about a hour, remove and combine with ice. Serve  
BOOM BOOM

Ingredients (Serves 28-32)


2 litre light rum
1 quart orange juice
1 fifth sweet vermouth
1 bottle champagne
3 sliced bananas
3 sliced oranges

Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the champagne into a large bowl, stir for 30 seconds, add the champagne and sliced bananas and oranges. 
BOURBON PUNCH

Ingredients (serves 15-18)


1 litre bourbon
4 oz. grenadine
4 oz. lemon juice
6 oz. orange juice
½ cup sugar
1 litre club soda

Directions

Combine the sugar with the lemon and orange juice, stir well , add the grenadine and bourbon, stir again add the club soda, serve.  
BRANDIED MOCHA

Ingredients (serves 14-16)

1 quart hot black coffee
1 quart hot chocolate
10 oz. brandy
whipped cream
chocolate chips (optional)
cinnamon

Directions

Combine the hot coffee and hot chocolate in a punch bowl, stir well, combine the brandy. Fill the bowl with ice, serve each cup with the whipped cream with cinnamon on top. 
BRUNCH PUNCH

Ingredients (serves 24-28)

3 quarts tomato juice
1 litre white rum
2 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
6 oz. lime juice
2 sliced lemons
2 sliced limes
salt and pepper

Directions

Put everything into a large punch bowl, stir for 30 seconds, serve.
